Stockholm Åre

When Country Club opened in the autumn of 1975, few suspected what was going on, the old pavilion from 1897 got a proper make over and news of the Country Club in Åre was spreading fast. Some were skeptical, opening a nightclub in the small sleepy Åre? How would that go? The nightclub was a huge success and Åre's most visited place, so it's been around for decades, and it still is today.

Most of the Swedish elite artist have been playing live on Country Club's scene. Our ambition is and has always been to offer a unique nightclub experience in terms of events and artists! For the season 2011/2012, the premises have undergone an extensive renovation signed Per Öberg and when we open the doors in December 2011 we begin a new chapter in the countrys history.
